This hotel was very clean and seemed to have been recently renovated and refreshed. When I arrived I was told I had been upgraded and we had a suite. It was beautiful. I like that the property is smoke free. Nobody was smoking in the outside area and the room smelled fresh. The indoor pool and hot tub was open and we used it. Everyone was friendly.

Room was very clean and I loved the TP bows, how fancy. The Courtyard is very peaceful, hard to remember you are in Santa Fe!

The staff was very accommodating for our group and switched our rooms when they didn’t have the one we booked. The jacuzzi, 24 hour fitness center, and cookies in the lobby were also a nice addition to our stay!

Lots of internet outlets! Rooms are kept up nicely! Love the coffee and cookies at the lobby! Lots of areas to work on the computer and watch tv! Great having the bistro and market! Nice having the fireplace to warm up!

The shuttle service to and from the Albuquerque Balloon Festival was terrific. We have told several acquaintances on our trip about this service and how convenient it was.

We had been comped free breakfast off their menu, which was really nice. I wouldn't have paid for it otherwise, and would have opted to spend my money at a restaurant with more character, or would have just kept food in our refrigerator. We really appreciated getting a sit down breakfast in the hotel though.

Great place to stay with little kids. Nice indoor pool with lots of light, and it was pretty warm too. Hot tub was the perfect temp. Staff was friendly and welcoming. Was a bit worried about the location but the hotel felt very safe.
